The below steps outline our consultation process, which is the start of your My Genesis Journey.

1. Make an appointment at the clinic via email, phone or in person.
2. Arrive at reception. It is advised to arrive 15 minutes before your consultation to complete some paper work
   
3. You will be greeted by your Dermal Clinician and escorted through to a consultation room.
4. During your initial consultation you will be thoroughly assessed and given the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have.
5. Your Dermal Clinician will advise you of your options and discuss each in detail.
6. A test patch may be performed if a Laser or Pulsed Light treatment is deemed appropriate to address your concern.
7. A personalised treatment plan will be written for you. This will include a timeline for your treatments and a quote of costs involved.
8. The idea of an initial consultation is to equip you, the client, with the knowledge necessary to make an objective decision in regards to the process of addressing your concern.
9. A decision does not need to be made on the day.
